Order and inventory issues

l   After the payment is successful, when will the order be shipped?

     We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Our average shipping times are 2-3 days.

l   If the wrong order was placed, how can I modify the product?

    If you notice an error in your order after successful payment, you can promptly contact customer service to modify your order before the product is shipped.

l   How to cancel an order?

    If you wish to cancel your order after the payment has been successfully processed but before the order is shipped, you can contact our customer service to assist you with the cancellation. Once the order has been shipped, please use our easy return system to receive a full refund. Please note that any additional shipping costs incurred for returning the product will be the responsibility of the customer.

l   What happens if the product is out of stock after placing an order?

   Products may experience supply shortages due to their popularity in the market, and inventory can be updated at any time. If the product you ordered is out of stock, you can choose to wait for restocking or cancel the order.
