Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photographs of:

  • The shipping box
  • Product packaging
  • Damaged item(s)

This helps us investigate and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking indicates your package has not been delivered or appears lost, please contact us.

We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and assist in resolving the issue.

Temperature-Sensitive Products

Certain products may be affected by extreme temperatures during transit.

While we package products with care, temporary changes in appearance caused by shipping temperatures do not necessarily indicate a product quality issue.
