Order Changes & Cancellation
We understand that plans can change.
If you need to cancel or modify an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request.
Before Shipment
Orders may be canceled or modified before they enter processing or shipment.
If your request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
If you no longer wish to keep an eligible item after receiving it, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.
If an address correction is requested before shipment, we will make every reasonable effort to update the order.
Once an order has shipped, address changes are subject to carrier availability and may result in additional charges.
Out-of-Stock Products
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we may:
- Ship the remaining available items
- Delay shipment until inventory becomes available
- Offer a comparable replacement (only with your approval)
- Cancel the unavailable item and issue a refund
Order Review
To protect our customers and prevent fraud, some orders may require additional verification before shipment.
If verification cannot be completed, the order may be canceled and refunded.
